The US Department of Health & Human Services' (HHS) Children's Bureau, Office on Child Abuse and Neglect, its Child Welfare Information Gateway and the FRIENDS National Resource Center have produced an excellent resource - the 2007 Resource Packet Promoting Healthy Families in Your Community.
