Support to Parents, Grandparents and Caregivers
The HELPLINE provides ongoing support to parents, grandparents and caregivers who need parenting tips, are struggling with caring for a new baby, have questions about child development or want to find referrals to organizations that provide family support in their communities.
Support to Survivors of Abuse
Our HELPLINE offers a safe and confidential place for general support to survivors of abuse and refers them to local support groups, counseling services and/or provides general educational materials.
Support to Children and Youth 
PCA Georgia's HELPLINE initiative, "Need to Talk?", gives youth a confidential place to call when they need to discuss tough subjects such as bullying, violence, alcohol and drugs, peer relationships, personal development, family problems and other issues.

Educators, students, faith organizations, professionals and various agencies throughout Georgia can call the HELPLINE for information about preventing child abuse, as well as find referrals to community services and professionals who assist victims and survivors of abuse.
